It had been a very bad day yesterday.
cant even sleep properly at night due to the too much alcohol.
Was drunk & vomit.
Now, am in a very bad situation too.
I know i should'nt drink but i just cant stop the urge of drinking.
Many things happen to me lately.
Am really desperate & helpless.
This year birthday was my worst birthday in this 16 years.
Everything that i thought are good is actually a lie.
People i care never care about my feelings.
It completely break my heart to know good things change.
Am really tired of crying every day.
Can anyone just help me stop all this?

Am broken hearted.
